About Morley's Muscle
Sean Morley has been working and playing with the mighty Max since 1988 when a friend of his bought his first Vmax. He has been working on and modifying the max's ever since. Morley's Muscle was started in 2004 as the culmination of an ever increasing request for our parts/services. Since then, we have expanded our products to cover customer requests and the need to do more and more custom installations/builds.
We are a "Full Service" shop that offers complete frame up builds as well as retail sales. Some of our more recognized services include the Muscle Seats, Chrome Exchange Service, as well as our Muscle Jet Kits, and Overdrive Transmission services. We offer sheet metal work, extended swingarms (notching and bracing offered too), paint, and other general fab. We keep many new OEM vmax parts on hand available for quick shipping (not having to wait for your dealer to get them in), as well as a huge supply of used parts.
Custom engine building services are available and can even be done on an exchange basis. From stock rebuilds, 1300 cc conversions, up to 1570 chain and shaft drive engines, HD oiling systems. Nearly anything can be done.
Aftermarket parts include (but are not limited too):
HEL and Galfer brake components (as well as our own custom brake adapters)
Internal engine parts (Carrillo and reworked stock Rods, Arias and Ross Pistons, Undercut transmission, Stainless Valves, Megacycle Cams, HD springs, Shim under bucket, Custom Sleeves, ARP bolts, etc....)
Chrome Engine, Carb, and Misc Bolt Kits.
New Kerker/SuperTrapp exhausts (Soon to include Hindle headers)
Wheels (Carrozzeria, EgoTripp, Performance Machine, RC Comp)
DynoJet Jet Kits (We also offer a Vmax specific jet kit made by us)
High Temp and Powder Coatings (Jet Hot, NCoat, and others)
Motion Pro Cables (Including braided steel cables)
Progressive Suspension Components
Pingle Racing Parts
Samco Silicon Hoses

And many others
Note: though we specialize in the Yamaha Vmax motorcycle don't think we have left anyone else out. We can still supply many nice aftermarket parts/services for about anything on wheels (2 or 4).
